Lovely Castle on the Sea

Such a lovely resort with perfect location. Rooms were comfortable and ample. Service excellent overall. The pool and beach are right out the back door. Will make spa reservations for our next trip as we were there too short this time. Plan ahead for restaurant reservations as they fill quickly.

Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel adorable, du voiturier jusqu’au serveur. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Le cadre de l’Hôtel le Château des Tourelles est magnifique, avec une vue superbe et une ambiance apaisante. Les équipes sont performantes, disponibles et très aimables, ce qui rend le séjour agréable. La chambre est confortable et joliment décorée, offrant un vrai sentiment de bien-être. En revanche, pour un établissement 4 étoiles, certains détails mériteraient plus d’attention. Les panneaux de verre des balcons sont très sales, ce qui empêche de profiter pleinement de la vue sur la mer lorsque l’on est assis. Le sol du restaurant extérieur, côté piscine, est souvent jonché de restes de repas, et l’on remarque la présence de toiles d’araignées dans les parties communes ainsi qu’un mobilier de terrasse parfois sale ou marqué par l’usure. Avec quelques améliorations sur ces points de propreté et d’entretien, l’expérience serait réellement à la hauteur du cadre exceptionnel.
