The hotel was very easy to find being opposite the train station and the old town and the beach were easily accessible. The bed was very comfortable and it was helpful to have a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Excellent location close to public transportation (bus, train etc), shopping and restaurants! Walkable distance to the beach, and nearby town Ciboure. No need for a car at all, we took buses to Bilbao, San Sebastián Spain. Little choice at the hotel breakfast (wish there were fresh fruit), but staff prepared scrambled or sunny side up eggs upon demand. Overall I will highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel

The location of this hotel was perfect. We were rail travellers so a hotel opposite the station was ideal. It was very easy to walk into the town and there were many lovely restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room on the top floor was lovely with views over the water and surprisingly quiet given the location. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom clean and well serviced. An ideal short stay!

The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a great location to access the downtown area for shopping, restaurants and beach. The property is extremely conveniently located. It is right on the edge of the old city and everything is a 5 to 7-minute walk. It's also directly across from the train station on a very busy street. If you keep your windows closed it's relatively quiet. But if you open your balcony doors, you're going to hear all the noise from the street. Air conditioning worked well. Kept us comfortable. Being across from the train station is very convenient for arriving and departing. Place is clean and well kept. The room is small but very serviceable. Everything is nicely maintained. The shower is very good. Doesn't have much in the way of charm, but it has a lot of other conveniences.
