The apartment is very pleasant to live in and very bright, the decoration is neat and fresh. It has a terrace of 50 m2 without opposite with the neighbors and a garden ideal for the children.the equipped kitchen is spacious and comprises many arrangements and equipment (furnace, plate 4 fires, hood, dishwasher) and much of crockery at your disposal. In the living room you will find a television plasma screen of 82 cm with a DVD player. All the floor of the apartment is in traditional wooden parquet, the 2 bedrooms have large closets and the beds have all mattresses in bultex.
The tenant must clean the apartment on departure and return it as clean as he found it. Sheets and linens are offered but no 15/06/2024 to 07/09/2024
The WI Fi is offered.
The apartment is located at the bottom of the house on the ground floor, accessible by a descent (unfortunately not possible for a handicapped or very old person).
