Located in the heart of the Blaye vineyards and the UNESCO triangle (Blaye 10 km away, Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion 45 km away), the "Chez Noisette" gîte welcomes you to a restored 19th-century farmhouse, a family property for 300 years. Designed for two people, this 40 m² gîte opens onto 3 hectares of landscaped grounds. It features a lovely 30 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and a gas griddle, a main room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge, a large bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180x200 cm), and a shower room with toilet, providing all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. Bed linen is included in the price. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee. A heating charge is applied from November 1st to March 31st, and varies depending on the weather. For safety reasons, charging 100% electric vehicles is prohibited. Only charging plug-in hybrid vehicles is permitted, and under certain conditions. The property is located on the D22 between the Moulin Blanc leisure park (7 km) and the Blaye Citadel (11 km). The gîte is housed in the former stables of the estate, which also includes the owner's residence.
