Gite, St Germain du Pert

The property was in a rural, pretty location, near family friendly beaches and sites of historic interest. The owner of the property was friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible by providing us with milk from the farm and bottled water for the first night.. However, the listing was very misleading. The garden was not secure for our dogs. The indoor pool was very unsafe. It was too deep for children, with no lifesaving equipment. The gite was dirty, extremely poorly furnished and the bedding old and worn out with mildew stains. The kitchen lacked any storage space for food and when we first arrived there were not enough mugs for us all to have a cup of tea. The cooker was extremely primitive. The shower doors were hanging off. It was definitely over-priced and not worth the money.

Conforme mais manque de professionalisme

Environement conforme à la description, le professionnalisme à manqué malheureusement. Le Monsieur est occupé par son travail et nous le comprenons mais il est dommage que l'accueil en patisse: Quelques idees en vrac: quelques indications precises pour trouver le gite ne seraient pas du luxe, le menage est aléatoire, la vaisselle est ébréchée, l'eau n est pas potable avec des enfants c'est compliqué, l eau sort brulante du robinet, la cheminee n a pas éte nettoyée de la cendre des precedents locataires, des couches de poussieres sur les meubles , de mauvaises infos concernant le code wifii entre ce qui est affiché dans le salon et le bon mot de passe , c est dommage que le seul moment où les proprietaires ont ete pro cela a été pour nous demander de quitter le logement à 10h00 precises.
