Apartment called "Port-Cros", type T2, comfortable, in a recent small residence, quiet, secure and trees, with a private parking space. This residence has a double interest: it is located in the greenery, in the peace, and only at 350 m by feet from the large beach of Lecques, and at 300 m from the shops. The Port-Cros apartment is on the first floor of the Residence Roumanieu, it is a duplex type apartment. The front door opens onto the living room equipped with a flat screen TV, box with Wi-Fi. A comfortable convertible sofa allows sleeping for 2 people. Further on, the dining area has a very well equipped kitchen which communicates through a bay window with the covered terrace where there is a built barbecue, table, chairs and deckchairs. This room is air conditioned. A wooden staircase gives access to the first floor with on one side a beautiful bedroom with independent air conditioning and on the other side a large bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC. NB: The residence is very recent (construction date 2013). The apartment has a modern design and the equipment is very complete: Wi-Fi box, flat screen TV, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 coffee machines ( senseo and electric), kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Baby cot and high chair provided on request and free of charge. Bed linen is provided free of charge (towels not provided). The strong points of the apartment: proximity to the beach (350 m on foot), quiet and in the countryside. Recent, secure small residence. Strengths of our Var region: I will indicate the main centers of interest that I know well because I live on site. In addition to the large Lecques beach located in a closed gulf between the Pointe de la Madrague and Le bec de l'Aigle de la Ciotat, you can take a beautiful coastal hike between the Madrague des Lecques and Bandol, to explore magnificent creeks. The island of Embiez and the island of Porquerolles a few km from Lecques are a must to visit. Inland, the large wine estates of Bandol open, topped by exceptional villages: Le Castellet, La Cadière d'Azur, and the medieval village of Evenos, all within a radius of 10 km. The periods of June and September are often favored by nature lovers and hikers. Our beautiful Var country presents a multitude of points of interest in an exceptional green setting.

De retour pour la deuxième année consécutive, nous étions cette fois-ci logés dans l'appartement Port-Cros, fonctionnel et bien agréable avec sa climatisation dans la pièce principale et dans la chambre située à l'étage. Agréable séjour
Appartement très propre, bien équipé et bien situé. Idéal pour un couple avec éventuellement des jeunes enfants.
La mer est à 400m à pied donc pas besoin de voiture pour s'y rendre (tous les parkings le long de la plage ou à proximité sont payants et chers).

Vacances parfaite
La location est juste parfaite. Très bien équipés et en plus a quelques minutes à pied de la plage ainsi que des commerces , elle est idéalement placé.
Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentille, a l'écoute et très arrangeant. Encore une fois merci pour ces merveilleuses vacances et en espérant vous revoir l'année prochaine.
