The 50m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor without a lift in the family residence "Sea & Sun" which is situated at the edge of "The forest of the harnessed stone" the department's unique dune forest and facing the sea. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160), a convertible sofa (140) and a single bed (90) in a mezzanine that can accommodate up to 4 people.



The dining room provides access to a terrace with sea views. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A bathroom and separate WC complete the rental. You benefit from the common areas of the residence which include the library, table tennis table and outdoor play area for children.
