My friend and I tried to get an early check in around 1pm. He was able to get a room and I was not. They requested I come back after three. Not a problem at all since there were plenty of places to check out around the area. I came back around 6 pm to check in again and still had to wait about 15 minutes at the front desk for them to check if a room is even available. This is the strangest thing ever. They should have had this set up especially since I had already given them all information they needed five hours prior and was asked to come back after 3pm. Girl at the front desk was also a bit dismissive - at least be courteous and politely give me an update.
The bed was comfortable but the rooms were very old and dated. The shower door did not shut completely so whenever I showered, water dripped down across the bathroom floor and made an absolute mess. The floor was not the cleanest either - lots of scratches on the wood floors.
For a “5 star” facility, I just expected a bit more from the rooms and the staff.
