This hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views (when the weather allows). The rooms are extremely luxurious. We stayed in an Executive Suite, and it was one of the best rooms we’ve ever experienced. The breakfast was also incredible. The hotel is a bit far from the main town, but getting around is easy. Grab drivers can pick you up right from the hotel, and the hotel also offers shuttles. Our only feedback is around housekeeping. The room wasn’t cleaned to the standard we expected, and even the bed wasn’t properly made after we left for the day. For a hotel of this level, we expected better room service. Aside from that, everything else was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it.

Our stay at Lady Hill Resort was exceptional from start to finish. The room was modern, spotless, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the mountains. The pool and hot tub also showcased the same incredible scenery, making for a truly relaxing experience. The gym was well-maintained and equipped with everything needed for a solid workout, including both weights and cardio machines. Breakfast was superb—a generous spread that catered beautifully to both Eastern and Western tastes. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend Lady Tree Resort to anyone visiting Sapa. We’ll definitely be returning

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was huge and spacious and very modern with lots of amenities. The bed was super comfortable and when it was sunny, the view was absolutely incredible! The hotel was a bit out of Sa Pa town but they have a regular shuttle bus!
