Lots of good things to say here! Let’s start with the amazing staff! They answered all our questions and even helped us booked tickets for Fansipan plus the shuttle back to Hanoi! Secondly, the views were spectacular! We were lucky to catch a few sunrises and sunsets and they were breathtaking! Lastly, our room was clean and we used the pool and gym every morning! Would stay again if we find our way back to Sapa! Extra shout out to Mun and Anna!

The service was terrible. Beautiful facility and hotel but the service at the spa, at the front desk and the restaurant was poor. They harassed my 14 year old daughter about a 2nd room key i had already returned. Argued about discounts available via my booking on hotels.com. the manager Daniel was so rude and kept laughing and saying he would check cctv footage. I would never stay here again. The worst service in all of Vietnam.

Beautiful property out of town which made it quieter but was a 17 min walk uphill from town. There was a shuttle every hour. There was construction, which is in most parts of Vietnam, that started at 6am. Overall a great property and service.

One word. "WOW". A place that was worth traveling to. I could spend a week in the hotel just sipping coffee and admiring the view. This was one of the rare instance that the photos in the listing could not live up to reality. It was just lovely. The spread of the breakfast was amazing and the staff made our stay a memorable one. I’m a World traveler, been stayed so many Hotels, this one is one of the best Hotel in my list. It’s wonderful time the last 3 nights at Silk Path, everything is perfect, the foods, staffs, rooms is outstanding. Specially the Head Chef is Steve, he so friendly, so professional, he trained his staffs so wells, 15 people’s in my group are so happy when we choose this Hotel. Thanks you so much we will come back💖💖💖
