Hotel Sapa Square is in a perfect location right in the center of Sapa, next to Sun Plaza and just steps away from the monorail to Fansipan cable car. Many attractions, restaurants, bars, and cafes are within easy walking distance. The hotel looks newly renovated and offers good facilities, including a restaurant, Sky Bar, massage services, and a gym (no swimming pool). My deluxe room was spacious, clean, had a very comfortable bed, and a balcony overlooking Sapa Square. Breakfast (6:30–9:30am) offered a good mix of local and Western dishes. The Sky Bar on the 5th floor is cozy, affordable, and a great place to relax. What really stood out was the service. Special thanks to Kelvin, who went above and beyond — from warmly welcoming us, personally showing us to our room, to even arranging and negotiating a taxi for us. Levi was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a truly welcoming experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!

Great hotel, well situated directly on the town square, abundant of restaurants all around the hotel, directly across from train station. Staff was amazing, hotel is clean, with a great breakfast.

Apart from noise caused by rather drunk couples at level 4, who screamed and sang happy birthday song loudly at 12:55am for almost 10mins until staff came up to ask them to stop, everything else was great. Nice clean room, breakfast was good. Located at the centre of Sapa, just opposite of the Sapa station. Lots of eateries, cafes, shops nearby. Staffs were great as well.

I have stayed in numerous spots in South PAUL this is the best. It is centrally located and you can walk to everywhere easily. And the rooftop bar is exceptional and offers an unparalleled view of the amphitheater stadium and the city.

What I love about bb hotel was the bed and all the pillow was so good quality, the staff of the hotel more than welcome you. The location was perfect. We definitely be back if we back to sapa.

A hotel highly recommended!

My family loved BB hotel. It is very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast setting and food are comparable to a 5 star hotel. The hotel staff are very responsive. Some construction was in progress in front of tbe hotel and noises çould be heard during our visit.

Shower facilities should be made available to the guests who reach after train from Hanoi or those who do a trek after check out. Train again are late at night. Most hotels provide these shower facilities which is amiss here.. worth considering? Further I am surprised at the response of the room service. Milk satchets not available and if u need milk we need to collect from restaurant.. surprised with room service.

Overnight in Sapa

Staff were very friendly and tended to all our needs, including a trip to the police station to act as interpretor. Room was large and clean, but had no windows. The only negative was that my son injured his leg on a sharp corner of the bed, but again, staff were helpful with bandages. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
