Our stay was very good very clean and comfortable hotel some of the bar staff could of been more cheerful and acknowledge their customers when approaching the bar.

Good stay

Stayed at this hotel a few times as we have family in the area. The last few only as a base so can't comment on bar/food. Had no problem with free parking & all staff we dealt with were efficient & friendly. Hotel is in good location & well presented. Rooms are comfortable. Only downside is our room was boiling hot (to be fair it was a hot weekend) there was a fan supplied but could do with some air con, even if portable & charged. Also the Freeview TV reception was awful which meant TV was pretty useless. Everything else was excellent for the price & willl return.

Check in was super easy and quick, the lady on reception was very informative and polite! The room was clean and had a balcony and terrace which was lovely. We ordered room service and that came swiftly and was good for the price. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Check out was also smooth and speedy. Great hotel!!

Hotel clean room serviced daily to high standard.Presentation of breakfast area poor although bowl of fruit on offer the oranges had peel still on. and pastries on tiny plate the tables had knife fork and spoon but if you wanted toast you had to either keep the knife or ask for another also no plates were ever there at the toaster.However presentation and standard of the breakfast was excellent unfortunately let down by the above. We paid extra for a balcony but room allocated had air con outside our balcony. Receptionist arguementive re requesting another room however duty manager was ok although room offered had a bath in middle of room .Would we return no

Lovely friendly staff, room was immaculate. Food on the restaurant and the cocktails were delicious and great value for money. The only thing I could say that is negative is that maybe the fan in the room needs updating. Thanks for an amazing service.

Lovely stay at Cliff Hotel for the weekend and a really good price for an overnight stay in the summer small but comfortable room, very clean and bed very comfortable. No complaints at all and definitely will be back.

Had a great stay.. staff are all so kind and helpful second time we have been , be back soon .one thing I must say I do think 2 staff members should do the breakfast as it was busy and tables were not being cleared and cleaned in time for the next group of people to appear, and maybe a little bit more staff training in that area other than that fantastic thank you.
