Wonderfully located, comfortable and with very professional and helpful staff. I would recommend it for anyone who would like to be in the center of Rouen and enjoy a relaxed stay. The breakfast is also very good. The staff speaks both French and English and are very attentive. We used also their parking for our rental car— if you are used to drive and park in Europe no issue, if you are driving for the first time in Europe this will be a scary parking to try to park a rental car— is quite for most cars. I had no issue parking a Peugeot 308, it fits but is tight and the lower level parking has a sharp turn that can be unnerving if you are not experienced with narrow parking garages
