In the well-kept garden there are relaxing corners with hammocks in the shade of the trees, a beautiful outbuilding with kitchen, stove, barbecue / fireplace and wood stove for cooking, ideal for your outdoor meals. The house has mosquito nets on all windows, the room on the 1st floor has air conditioning in addition to a large terrace / solarium. Parking on the fully fenced property. The accommodation offers a multi-faceted vacation, it is ideal for families with children and pets who can relax freely in the garden or in the pool. For those who love the sea, in less than half an hour you can reach the sandy beach (Fregene 20 km), the lake (Anguillara 16 km). For golf lovers, there is an 18-hole course just 18 km away.
