We had a great experience with the Otivm Hotel. Very convenient location, bus stops just a block away and a small grocery next door was very convenient. We never got a chance to take advantage of the rooftop bar but the view was spectacular. The room itself was good, no complaints. A little sparse but the bed and bathroom were good. We did find it odd that the chromecasts were open network, so you could cast to a different rooms Chromecast. I was in a different hotel recently that had figured out how to make them closed network so you had to scan a QR code on the TV to cast to the room's Chromecast.

Really great location. Surprisingly quiet for being quite centrally located. Staff was great. Rooftop bar was really nice to have. It's on the pricier side but worth it for the convenience. Only suggestion is improved coffee in the room- we didn't do breakfast at the hotel so I can't speak to that. But it's conveniently located to a lot of great restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.

This place doesn’t really deserve 4 star, we had a comfortable stay but it wasn’t at the 4 star hotel quality. The shades were not closing completely. Elevator was taking a long time to come. The safe was too small. The room was super simple. Lot of the leectric sockets didn’t work. They don’t even offer a free bottle of water, and they charge €3 for one. I wouldn’t pick this hotel next time.

We were traveling with another party and really appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, fun location and rooftop views. Breakfast offerings were very good and the staff went out of thier way to make sure we enjoyed the meal.
