Podia ser muito melhor

Proprietário enviou e-mail questionando o horário do nosso checkin apenas na manhã da nossa chegada, o que causou um certo transtorno no checkin. Liguei e em 20 minutos o proprietário chegou para nos receber. É um ApartHotel e não um Hotel. Achei a cama desconfortável, principalmente pra quem tem algum problema na coluna (sofá-cama). O que me deixou realmente decepcionado foi que pedi para verificar como ligar o ar condicionado, já que não havia controle remoto no quarto para liga-lo. A administração ficou de resolver o problema na manhã seguinte, mas infelizmente nem o problema foi resolvido e nenhuma satisfação foi dada. Dormimos com a janela aberta. Havia um leve cheiro de cigarro no quarto. Pela cama, pelo ar condicionado e pelo cheiro de cigarro, não voltaríamos.

Hotel próximo à estação de trem

Hotel muito bom. O Daniel é muito prestativo. Fica próximo à estação ferroviária Roma-Trastevere, além de passar ônibus e tram, com destino à Piazza Venezia. Recomendo!

hotel atypique

chambre moderne et sanitaires impécables; accès facile pour cet hotel inclus dans un immeuble;il ya une gardienne pour l'immeuble mais pas pour l'hotel .situation près des transports communs ( quartier trastevere) . pas de terrasse pour ma chambre attribuée :( pas cool vis à vis de l'annonce bemol pour le service non present physiquement ,que j'ai du demandé par telephone; contact facile et sympa.Par contre , j'attend toujours ma facture ...
