Elegant apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 complete and only one toilet), 2 living rooms, located in the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps. In a few minutes on foot you can reach all the main attractions of Rome (Trastevere, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Vatican etc). The area is very characteristic with alleys, small restaurants, street artists and is well connected with several bus and metro lines near the house to move around comfortably both on foot and using public transport.

Very large property located on the second floor with lift. The apartment is composed of two living areas (in the living area where the kitchen is located there is also a comfortable double sofa bed), Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with normal oven, microwave oven and Nespresso machine, 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, one with a double bed and a single armchair bed. 3 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. In the house there is a very fast WIFI internet connection (fiber optic), double glass in the windows for greater sound insulation, air conditioning and independent heating.

The apartment was nice and well located. The most serious complaint we had was that the water in the main bathroom smelled like a sewer all week. We assumed it might go away but it didn’t. The shower water and the toilet both reeled of the sewer. Perhaps the plumbing in some buildings in Rome have the problem but we’ve never experienced it before in any Italian hotel we’ve stay in.

Showers don't work. I would confirm that they have fixed these before you stay. Lightbulbs seem to be an issue and no hand soap in the bathrooms. Eliazabetta was very easy to deal with. Eight people and no showers was very disappointing.

Description didn’t match

The description stated clearly there are three FULL bathrooms with a shower in each bathroom which is why we booked this apartment. When we arrived we found only two bathrooms with showers. The apartment wasn’t clean which was very disappointing and we contacted the property manager for more towels and they weren’t made available even though we said we would pay for these. The elevator was broken for one day forcing us to walk three flights of steps.

Great location

The whole process from rental, check-in, check-out was easy. Marco was very good responding to questions. We could not have picked a better location. We did 3 long tours that all started in Piazza del Popolo at 7:00 in the morning. This was literally a block away. There were MANY restaurant choices within a few blocks. We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your apartment.

Den Gastgeber haben wir nicht kennen gelernt und es ging nur um die City Tax und den Türcode. Die Wohnung wäre schön, wenn sie gepflegt und ausgerüstet wäre.die Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer sind sichtbar sehr dreckig und halb herunter gerissen. Die Stuhlhussen haben sicher auch seit Jahren keine Waschmaschine gesehen. Die Küche mager ausgerüstet und teilweise defekt. Nicht einmal eine Spagettizange, oder Ähnliches ist in dieser italienischen Küche zu finden. Die Betten soweit bequem und gemacht als wir ankamen. Allerdings sind die Betten im Zweibettzimmer nur von einem Bettrahmen, der nicht fest ist umgben, der mehr dazu taugt die Zehen anzuhauen, ansonsten nur Lärm macht. Toll sind 2 Bäder und eine Toilette. Überall mit Fenster. Eine Wanne mit Jakuzzidüsen, die funktionieren. Leider in der ganzen Wohnung kein Stöpsel dafür zu finden, wenn man keinen dabei hat, ist es eine eher unpraktische Duschwanne. Im zweiten Bad war das Waschbecken verszopft als wir ankamen. Daher mussten wir Rohrfrei einkaufen und das reparieren. Die Dusche ist sehr wackelig angebeacht und muss vorsichtig benutzt werden. Auserdem stinkt es da nach verstopftem Abfluss, das wir auch mit Rohrfrei nicht wegbekommen haben. Leider können wir die 3 Sterne nur für, größe, Lokalisation, den 2 Bädern und Toilette, sowie weitgehend bequeme Betten vergeben. Informationen über die Abfallentsorgung/Trennung gab es keine. Leider funktionierte das Internet nur begrenzt
