Todo el staff fue súper amable y helena habla español lo que es un plus. Fue muy sencillo llegar caminando desde la estación de tren Trastevere incluso con maletas. Helena me dio tips para andar por la ciudad y llegar a los puntos que necesitaba de manera fácil. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y a tiempo. El check in in check out fue muy sencillo y bien explicado. We loved the property but my daughter’s shopping bag was missing with a few items in it! It was never found and there was no explanation as to its disappearance! We were very disappointed that someone would’ve thrown her bag away without permission or taken it without permission. Either way, her bag was never found!

Comfy home base.

This was a very clean and comfy room. It is easy to get around Rome from here especially the train and tram. Liked the cafes and Kebab shops near by. Very friendly. Good beds, shower and black out curtains.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel a week ago with my 2 children (18 & 23). Our contact person was Gisselle and she went above and beyond to not only make us feel safe and comfortable but she made herself available to us around the clock to assist with transportation, directions and recommendations. The hotel was very clean and quiet. My daughter had a medical emergency and had to be taken to the hospital and Giselle assisted with that as well. Everything was very convenient with just a short tram ride to all the major attractions. We were confident getting around with public transportation (aside from never having done so in a foreign country) because we knew we had the right people to help us out. I would definitely recommend staying here and I can’t wait to go back again
