"Il n'y avait ni électricité, ni chauffage dans la maison à notre arrivée le 26 décembre à 17h30. Il faisait 0 dehors et 2 dans la maison. Le compteur électrique n'arrêtait pas de disjoncter, nous n'avions donc aucun espoir de voir s'améliorer la situation. Pas de réseau pour téléphoner à Abritel, ..."
