Staff was nice but when we got into our room it wasn’t clean. Saw dog poop on the carpet dried up and Not knowing how long it’s been there. I Feel disgusting knowing that I could be stepping on the carpet knowing it could not be clean.

We stayed at Comfort Suites for one night during a recent road trip to Branson. Overall, it was a solid stay. The beds were comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. The hotel was quiet at night with no noticeable road noise, which we appreciated. Breakfast was good and what you’d expect — eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, and other standard options. The bathroom could have used a bit more attention, as it felt slightly neglected. The front desk attendant wasn’t rude, but also not particularly friendly. All in all, a comfortable and quiet stop for a short stay, with a few small areas that could be improved.

The room was dirty and our tv didn’t work. We switched rooms to get a working tv and that room didn’t have a bathroom door that could open past the toilet! It was more rundown than the first room which was subpar. Ugh.
