Clean room, but lacked soap products. When reported to cleaning crew in the morning, nothing was was done in the evening until I called front desk. Bathroom curtain needed to be replaced, not ver clean and ripped in places. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, had better in other facilities. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Very small parking lot. Grass was long when we arrived and the ice machine broken on the 2nd floor. There was the smell of wet dog on the 2nd floor hallway. The elevator was dirty and was not swept out at all during the 4 days we were there. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was nice and courteous.

Great breakfast, quiet hotel, and the Rockport City Beach park was a short drive across the road. You could walk but it would be about a mile long. The pool was small but nice. For some reason it was closed during our stay. I am guessing chemical treatment because the smell was so strong.
