The hotel was excellent with friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. My disappointment is with the addition of the $150 incidental fee. This was not out front and noticeable when I reserved the room, and wasn’t expected. I had not too long ago reserved a room in Williamsburg, VA with no mention of this type of fee. This locks up my available cash because of the actions of others.

Very nice, comfortable hotel to stay in! Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were alright, not lumpy or uncomfortable, just not to my liking. Breakfast was surprisingly decent. They changed around the warm items daily, or so it seems. We were there two nights and it was different each morning. Coffee was decent, just not hot. We will definitely be staying here again when we come into town to see family. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay.

Excellent!

I highly recommend this hotel! We stopped late at night for somewhere to stay for the night and all the workers were so pleasant! In the morning we got up to eat breakfast and the lady working the breakfast area was so nice as well as the lady checking us out at the counter! The rooms were nice and clean as well. I’m not one to leave a review but wanted others to know how pleased we were with the stay! Thank you.
