Situated just half a mile from Highway 101, you'll enjoy easy access to Rockaway Beach's restaurants and shops, as well as nearby towns like Tillamook, just 25 minutes away.

This one-level home includes a spacious living room with a half bath, a kitchen and dining area, three cozy bedrooms, and a bonus room with seven beds, making it ideal for large groups. Step into the home through the mudroom, where you'll find a comfortable living room equipped with a large flat-screen TV, sofa, loveseat, recliner, and a corner sitting area, perfect for enjoying a book or the sun. The home is filled with thoughtful touches like an old roll-top desk with local information and a small table for board games or meals.

The house features three well-furnished bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and smart TV. The primary bedroom has its own full bathroom, walk-in closet, and a 42-inch TV with a Roku stick and DVD player.
