Overall, i enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating where they could be. No heat in the building during the spring, but a space heater was provided on request. I also appreciated that they do not use strong scents to clean the rooms. My only review was the mattress. It was very noisy and too soft, clearly needed replacement. So, for my two nights, i did not sleep the best as i need a firmer sleeping surface. I found this room discounted on Expedia and I would stay here again at that price, but not for the full rate.

An amazing place to stay if you are visiting the sandbanks provincial park. Nice property, very clean and affordable. Will definitely stay here again !

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The hallways had a bad odor and weren’t clean. The room was missing basic items like Wi-Fi details and a working phone, and the staff at reception were not helpful. We had requested three rooms side by side on the same level, as we were traveling with seniors. Although we were assured this would be arranged, the hotel did not honor the request and never followed up. When we asked again, the staff were dismissive and rude. The bathroom setup was poor — the toilet seat and sink were too small, and the water pressure was so high it splashed water everywhere, making a mess. There was also no soap dish. Breakfast service was slow with very limited options. The pool and sauna were outdated, and the pool water was murky. Overall, the hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness, service, and facilities. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until serious upgrades are made. ⸻

I've seen low ratings from reviewers, but I knew that I have to check by myself. Yes, it's a bit outdated facility, but we'll maintained. They try to do their best with limited resources. But for 150 CAD you get a very nice bed, good TV programs. A small but very nice pool with a big slide, which unfortunately closed on weekends. A small but very nice breakfast! It's all clean, safe, quiet, at least on Victoria Day. A drawback is the hot water wasn't there and I couldn't take bath. It's there in sink but not in shower. A small drawback was that I couldn't connect to Netflix and Prime Tv on smart tv, but this option I've never met before. All in all for 150 bucks you can't beat it. I recommend.

Room was spacious and comfortable and reasonable price. Breakfast area on the weekend was very busy.nice walk-in shower. No outside designated smoking area, smokers were around the entrance.No access from undercover parking except back to the front entrance.

Staff were super friendly and helpful as they could be. But they were severely under staffed. We initially booked a 2 queen bed room, but got a single queen with pull out couch because "we're super busy and it's not ready" No big deal, these things happen There was no bedding for the pull out couch. We called shortly after we got in the room (aprox 16:00) and again at around 19:30 Eventually we just got our camping reserves out and used that. Very obvious thick dust build up in areas. The breakfast was OK. Dining area is extremely small. Food ran out quick, there was no seating available. We ended up eating in the lobby. A few (5+) families took their food back to their rooms as it was so cramped. Our door had some big gaps, letting noise in very easily. Not a major issue for us, but something to note. Pool capacity says 31... I wouldn't go in if there was 10 people in there. Very small. You must ask front desk for towels . They only had 2 towels available and was unsure when they would get more.
