Situated in the quiet cul-de-sac of Charles Bonney Drive this house is perfect for large families or 2, with lots of room for the kids to play. Back yard is fenced 3 sides and there is a large lawn area for a game of family cricket or to kick the footy. The backyard is open to the front of the house. PLEASE NOTE: Yard is not fully enclosed.
Provides a fully equipped kitchen adjoined to living/dining areas, 2 TV's, video/DVD player, RC/AC, dishwasher and outdoor entertaining area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
Plenty of parking space for everyone’s cars plus the boat.
Cot available for the baby.
Featuring 5 bedrooms. Two front bedrooms are decked out with queen size beds, one with an ensuite. The other 3 bedrooms are at the back of the house off the passage way that leads to the main bathroom and laundry. The room we class as the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 4th bedroom and the 5th bedroom are set up with a set of bunks and a single bed sleeping 3 people in each room.
