We did not have a phone in our room. I tried to call the front desk with my cell, but I kept being sent to voicemail. As result I had to go down and get towels. No outlets on the right side of the room. I had to plug my cell on the other side of the room. Only 2 outlets, no UBS ports.

I'm usually pretty chill about room quality but I feel like this property was a little low rent. The indoor pool was out of commission and there was nothing on the web page about that. That was one of the main reasons we booked. We got a King room and they gave us one on the first floor a couple of doors down from the kitchen. Our room reeked of bacon most of the night as they did breakfast prep and the HVAC sucked the cooking smells into our room. Normally that wouldn't bother me but the greasy smoke smell was super thick. Also, the bathroom was the most poorly designed ever. The toilet and shower were basically in a closet and you had to practically stand in the shower to open the door. Check in time was at 3 and we were there at around 3 and went to our room. There was a maintenance guy in there caulking around the edges of the floor. Why right at check in? The floors were laminate and had not been swept or mopped apparently; I wore socks thinking they'd be clean and my clean socks were wrecked walking to the door and back. The bed was super uncomfortable - like lying on plywood with a little polyfil on top. I was expecting more from the Hyatt brand, I'll be honest.

We had a high floor room which was modern & spacious with seating area. The room was very clean and bed/pillows very comfortable. Shower was good. The biggest downside was noisy a/c, also think could hear our neighbour having a shower at around 1am. The hotel is used by cabin crew, some arrived while we were being checked in and a female crew member interrupted our check-in with complaints that she had not been allocated a room on an upper (quiet) floor as she needed to be up early the next morning, she appeared to believe that she should be given priority over paying hotel guests. She was very rude and totally ignored us, just cut in and took the attention of the receptionist checking us in but this wasn't really her fault. We appreciated the 12 noon check out, I would stay at this hotel again if in the area.

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

Great, large rooms and delicious full breakfast with hot and cold items. The indoor pool water was freezing even when it was 80 degrees outside so that was a bummer… if you offer a pool you really should invest a little more to turn up the water temperature but that was the only issue. Restaurants in the area to dine out at too.
