Great hotel, very confortable rooms and spacious. It is a shame that we as mexicans cant keep anything clean. And that they allowe dogs in the pool isnt too good

Overall this is a 5 star property without question. We have stayed here once before in 2021and were very excited to come back. The only down side is, unless you do the preferred club level, or sit through the time share speech, which they say is an hour but lasts 2. Thats the only way you’ll be able ...
