This hotel is ridiculously bad. First the front desk closes at 5pm ummm a hotel should be 24 hours second I booked on New Year’s Eve my booking was supposed to be till 11am. I went to check in at 3am and they said it wasn’t valid anymore like umm what?!?!? My reservation was until 11am I paid $130 and I couldn’t even check in when I still had 8 hours left is that even legal?

Room is equipped with kitchenette nice, but bed is not comfortable. Blinds are broken no string to pull up or down. Also, one night the attendant called my room phone to check which room has the loud music playing???!!! I woke up to the phone ringing at 1am just to be asked which room is playing loud music. When someone reports a loud music, come up and check for yourself instead of bothering other guest room and asked which room has the loud music. Check for yourself. Also, room is closed to freeway and so you can hear cars passing by all the time.
