The young man that brought my room service to my room a couple of times was so thoughtful. He recommended places to go. Was so friendly. Promote him. The shower water wouldn’t get hot on day two. Rooms need a Reno. They are dated. The rest of the property is amazing. Clean and beautiful.

Waited for room for 2 hours. Not clean Went to Mexican restaurant to wait. Took 20 min for waiter to come by. Kept ignoring us, then said oh sorry I didn’t know u were my table. Went to pool no towels, water cold not heated, so went to spa, , bubbles broken. So disappointed and room over 300$ so not worth

My room was about as far away from the parking as possible and I am obviously disabled. The hotel and room was hot and the a/c took hours to cool it off. The noise from the street was bad, made much worse by the Mexican flag waving and screaming protesters. The elevator was old and a bit scary. On the good side, staff was friendly and room service breakfast was wonderful. They stopped dinner service too early.

Beautiful Hotel

The television was out due to the rains. They did comp the two movies we rented. The staff were all polite and nice enough. The issue was more about how under staffed they seemed. Little things like not being able to reach the front desk, coffee maker not changed etc etc All thing that probably would not have been an issue if there were a few extra staff . Can't really complain about the television although that is a nightmare for those of us who can't fall asleep without one--but that was not their doing

We usually love the place but this time because I got the room through Expedia we were given the smallest room I've ever seen there. The toilet was about a foot off the floor which was awful for my 6'3" husband and there was no hewt or cooling as it was broken. We let the staff know and there was no reimbursement just a thank you for telling us. Probably won't stay there again

We have stayed here before and loved it. This time the room was not ready at 4, and other peoples rooms were not ready either. Well past 5pm before the room was ready. Also, there was a problem across the entire inn with the television service. No TV access at all. They kept telling us IT was working on the problem but it was never fixed between Friday night and our check out on Sunday Morning. Last, staff at check in desk was super slow. Maybe it was the computer system but it just shouldn't take that long and it wasnt just with me.

Outside the property is nice. Room was not at all what the picture shows. Cracked paint, bathroom needed a complete new paint job, shower walls had scum on all three walls. Door in bathroom was filled with peeling paint, cracks around the corner of the bath tub. I asked if the room had a small refrigerator and was assured it did, it didn’t, instead there was a an empty space where it should have been. The bed mattress was old and made cracking noises. This room was definitely not worth 474.00, an additional 40.00 for valet, and a 100.00 deposit which takes 3 to 5 days to get back. So very disappointing. I have stayed at much nicer hotels and paid half as much. Won’t be staying there again. What a shame. I felt it was a bait and switch. I give it 1.5 star rating. Save your money and stay at the Riverside convention center for half the price. Same area, better rates, Much nicer rooms.
