The thermostat is centrally located in the main house. The unit will be maintained at 75° Fahrenheit but guests can request for it to be adjusted.

This listing is pet-friendly. There is a limit of 1 pet per stay for $30 pet fee. No extra guests or pets allowed without host approval. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

Long-term stays are allowed. For stays longer for 14 days or more, guests will be supplied initial consumable items (including coffee/tea, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc). Long-term guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items, cleaning the rental unit, and discarding trash/recycling regularly.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.
