First off, when we checked in the girl was RUDE! And thats putting it nice. That should have been our first sign to leave. The room was dusty like it hadnt been cleaned in forever. Once we checked in we stood there for a couple of hours then headed to work. Got back to the room in the evening with dinner we sat at the table, as we were eating roaches started coming out. They were on the wall right next to the table, we hurried up and ate as we were gathering our stuff to leave more started coming out they were on the shelves right next to the bed, and under the fridge it was disgusting!!! And to top it of they were babies so you know there was tons more!! WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! And they state they are a no smoking, as soon as we entering the hall to our room inside there was a very stong smell of weed coming from one of the rooms. When we got there it smelled, when we left it smelled, when we got back in the evening it smelled and whne we finally left it smelled.

Stay was great and comfortable. My only complaint was how inconvenient it was to get to my room. It wasn’t easy access to my room unless we kept side door propped open.

The lady at the front desk was rude. Maybe she thinks she provides good customer service, but her voice is passive aggressive and rude. We booked a room with a balcony. But apparently they only have two rooms with a balcony. Why do you have it offered as available if it’s not? So we were confused and her response was “You can check out if you’d like.” I paid for a balcony room, I expect a balcony room. I don’t see how that is an issue. Anyway, we go in the room and it’s decent. The smell of cleaning chemicals are overwhelming. There was a roach by the tub in the bathroom. There is no tv in the bedroom. There is no AC in the bedroom. Both are in the living area. Would not stay again. We opted to check out early and go home early.
