Staff was very friendly. Room was relatively clean, but the floor was dirty and the tops of furniture were sticky. The door didn’t close properly and made a lot of noise. You could hear all the commotion from outside. Parking was easy but did cost $28 per night. Don’t forget to get your breakfast vouchers when you check in. The pool area was nice too. Not too many things to eat around the hotel. You are in a very commercial area.

I was disappointed that when we enter our room after checking in, we were given a king bed room instead of the two queen beds and sofa bed studio that we paid and reserved for months in advance. When I called guest services, I was told that they had a maintenance emergency and they were no other rooms clean, and they were booked so they couldn’t accommodate us. I was very upset because the reason I booked a room with two beds and a sofa bed was so that my adult son could sleep on a bed, my husband and I on the other bed and my daughter in the Queen sofa sleeper. One king bed and one sofa sleeper was not the ideal set up to have a real night after a long eventful busy day. The guest services receptionist offered me some points for the inconvenience, I have not yet received those points and I was promised they would populate in the account after check out. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Hilton’s decision to downgrade our room without prior knowledge and consideration for our family’s traveling needs. Also, our room had a lot of hair in the restroom, it hadn’t been properly cleaned.

Where is the staff?

No staff around. Impossible to get anyone on phone to inquire about late check it. No one at damsel when we arrived. Got to our room at 11p. Just wanted to shower and go to bed. Soap pumps were empty in shower. Called housekeepimg get some and of course no answer. Was already wet so didn’t want to het dressed to go search for someone. Had a 7:30a meeting and woke up to discover breakfast isn’t served until later on weekends. Overpaid for an uncomfortable bed with lumpy pillows. Room was too hot to sleep. No shower. No breakfast.
