Good budget hotel in industrial area. Room needs refurbishing badly, especially the bathroom which had dirty tiles and pipe cladding falling off. Will use again due to its location to the motorway but for only that reason.

Ok for one night

The hotel was okay for the money although we had booked a triple room which was too small for the number of people. There was only one free socket in the room. We ate at the restaurant next door and the service was very slow- we waited almost an hour for our food! When it came it was okay but not great. Would not go back!

The hotel needs refurbishing badly .The evening mealtime staff were not very helpful and could not speak English witch made things difficult, the food was badly cooked, the complaint we made was not registered. The morning staff were much more helpful and friendly, he apologised and suggested we make you aware of our complaint and overall disappointment with our stay at this hotel. We have frequently stayed at other campanile hotels in our travels and had excellent experiences. HOPE THIS IS A ONE OFF.

Not very good

Expected more from a Campanile. Room was shabby and not very well cleaned. Bathroom was OK and bed was comfortable but room just very basic looking - felt like I was back to my student days.Did not have breakfast - thought it was far too expensive. Even the location was not easy to find - looked easy but motorway junction going south was easy to miss. Don't expect to go into Lyon from here - it's miles away - go to Vienne instead. But perhaps more honestly - don't stay here, find somewhere else.

Manque de professionnalisme

Le personnel d’accueil s’est montrĂ© peu aimable et a fait preuve d’un manque flagrant de professionnalisme, ce qui est inadmissible dans un Ă©tablissement hĂŽtelier. J’avais rĂ©servĂ© une chambre avec un lit double. Cependant, en raison d’un dĂ©faut de synchronisation entre la plateforme de rĂ©servation et les disponibilitĂ©s rĂ©elles de l’hĂŽtel, cette chambre n’était pas disponible Ă  mon arrivĂ©e. L’hĂŽtesse, au lieu de chercher une solution immĂ©diate comme cela est d’usage, est restĂ©e totalement passive. J’ai donc dĂ» moi-mĂȘme contacter la plateforme de rĂ©servation pour tenter de rĂ©soudre la situation. Pendant que j’étais en discussion avec leur service client, vers 22h15 ou 22h30 "soit bien avant la fermeture de l’accueil prĂ©vue Ă  23h00" l’hĂŽtesse est intervenue de maniĂšre abrupte pour me demander de quitter les lieux. Elle a justifiĂ© cela par sa volontĂ© de "fermer les portes", Ă©voquant des consignes de la direction prĂ©tendument liĂ©es Ă  la sĂ©curitĂ© du personnel. Il est important de prĂ©ciser que je ne lui avais mĂȘme pas adressĂ© la parole avant son intervention, ce que les camĂ©ras de surveillance de l’établissement pourraient aisĂ©ment confirmer. Ce n’est qu’aprĂšs de longs Ă©changes avec la centrale de rĂ©servation, et trĂšs tardivement, qu’une chambre m’a finalement Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©e, alors mĂȘme que des chambres semblaient disponibles sur place, notamment celles accessibles aux personnes en situation de handicap, voire d'autres avec lit double. Je ne recommande pas cet Ă©tablissement.
