Rithala Station accommodation from AU$13

Room.was cleaned but they have mouse in room making noise room no 701. And then after my complaint they shifted to 1218. In that room ac fan is making noise. I.dont know how they maintain rooms. And after the complaint no reaction. Pathetic.

"Very disappointing experience. I booked a hotel through Expedia because it showed a total payment of ₹0 and the booking looked confirmed. After reaching the hotel, I was informed that the room could not be provided and there was confusion regarding the payment status. I contacted customer support and was told the issue would be resolved and check-in would happen, but I ended up wasting around 2 hours without getting a proper solution. This caused unnecessary stress and ruined my experience. Customers should not have to face such confusion after receiving a booking confirmation. If a booking is not valid, it should be clearly mentioned beforehand instead of making customers waste their time. I expected a smooth process but unfortunately had a very poor experience."

Room was not clean enought, altogether the air conditioning are not working properly , we checkwd out from the hotel because of the ac , altogether the bathroom amenities are not upto the mark ita like qe are staying in an non star hotel
