Absolutely wonderful stay, the rooms are very clean and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The staff was very accommodating with the language barriers we had. The restaurant staff was one if the best, especially the young gentleman that served us, he was so helpful and friendly. Wish I could give you more stars! The location was literally across the street from the beach. Very convenient to grab a bite to eat or some very good and strong drinks! Lol. The elevator situation can be a little confusing if you use the wrong one, because they have a dedicated service elevator that will have you stuck if you are not careful. The far left elevator in the lobby smelled just like puppies 🐶🐾. Since this is a dog, friendly hotel, be mindful of the pet aroma. The rooms can use more wall decor, but otherwise it’s good for a short two or three day stay.

Honestly, after reading some of these reviews I was scared to stay here. I can assure you dont listen to them. It was the best experience. The room was great, I got lucky and got a room on the 10th floor for myself and the sea views are spectacular. The staff are great and help where they can. Bar in the lobby and they tend to you and make you feel comfortable if youre drinking there. Breakfast was great one of the best hotel breakfasts ive ever had, probably the best, so many options, never had to eat breakfast outside. The beach was a plus right across the street and they had numerous chair vendors to choose from if you dont want to carry a chair from the hotel to the beach. I would definitely consider staying here again in Barra when I come back to Brazil. Im a barra girlie now!
