Need improvement in maintenance

The glasses and showers were dirty, full of mold and soap leftover. Lots of debris on the corners of the bathrooms. Mirrors and cushions were damaged with mold and looked dirty. Towels and sheets were stained and with holes. Trash cans were broken. The receptionists were very helpful and kind.

Apartamento muito amplo e confortável, limpo, excelente atendimento na recepção pela Juliana e Letícia, a internet funciona bem, ótima localização, rua tranquila e silenciosa, perto da praia, de restaurantes, supermercados, farmácias e de transporte público, inclusive o metrô, a cesta de café da manhã (deixado na véspera) é ótima, mas poderia ter menos biscoitos e geleias industrializados e ter frutas e iogurtes, por exemplo, empresta toalhas, cooler e gelo para levar à praia, cama king, colchão confortável. O que não gostamos: o blackout que deixa passar luminosidade, havia um ou outro utensílio doméstico que não estava suficientemente abastecido ou completamente higienizado, mas as deficiências foram sanadas pela simpáticas funcionárias Juliana e Letícia. Também poderia ter um interruptor da luz (3way) na cabeceira da cama.

Flat muito bem localizado, a duas quadras da praia e 500m da estação de metrô, em uma sua tranquila. Opções de restaurantes próximas. Cama king, colchão confortável, tudo muito limpo, sala espaçosa. Os recepcionistas foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Garagem gratuita. Eles deixam tbem uma cesta de café da manhã, com pão de forma, presunto, queijo, pó de cafe, geleias, biscoitinhos… só usar a cafeteira e a misteira. Gostamos muito!

Nós gostamos muito do apartamento, amplo, limpo...mas somente o banheiro estava com vazamento e informei no primeiro dia mas nada fizeram. Cada vez que tomávamos banho, a agua saia pelo rejunte e ensopava o tapetinho de colocar os pés. Fora isso...achei maravilhoso, equipe da recepção atenciosa, café da manha todos os dias repunham a cesta com vários ingredientes. Muito legal.

Estadia excelente! Colaboradores super simpáticos e atenciosos ! Atendimento muito bom ! Apartamento limpo, cama sensacional ! Tem todos os itens para café da manhã (em relação a utensílios), pois o café é servido em cesta colocada em dia anterior! A hospedagem no geral foi muito boa, os funcionários são muito gentis, simpáticos e solícitos, sempre atendem aos pedidos quase que imediatamente. A localização é excelente, próximo da praia, bares, restaurantes e mercados (da pra fazer tudo a pé). O apto é bem grande, os cômodos são bem espaçosos e bem silencioso. As únicas coisas que poderiam melhorar é que talvez precisem fazer uma dedetização pois tem muito pernilongo/bichinhos e a cesta do café da manhã pois tem muitas coisas industrializadas.

Nuestra estadia en KS Residence fue maravillosa. La atencion en recepcion son de primera, muy atentos y ama bles. La limpieza y el confort del apartamento son de primera. Posee amplios balcones y queda a unos 15 mts caminando de la playa. Ofrece cafe y otros ingredientes para el desayuno diarion.

O local é excelente, rua tranquila, próximo a bares, restaurantes, farmácias e mercado. Praia perto, no melhor local da Barra da Tijuca. O hotel empresta toalha e cooler para levar para praia e ainda, fornece o gelo. Os quartos são grandes e a cama excelente. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Pretendo voltar sempre.
