My first room had now AC, i tried sleeping couldn't, but went down to lobby and they were able to place me in a new room that had good AC. The rooms are okay, get what you payed for, I would spend double the money to be near beach now that I know.

Desde o momento em que reservei o hotel até o momento da saída, foi incrível! Na tive nenhum problema, a recepção é perfeita, funcionários sorridentes e tratam super bem os clientes. Tanto eu quanto o meu noivo, amamos cada pedacinho do quarto! Fica próximo ao metrô, próximo ao museu, não é caro os Uber para outros lugares mais longes, simplesmente perfeito! Além de ter um café da manhã maravilhoso também. Amei a experiência e voltarei mais vezes❤️

Razoável pelo preço mas se precisar de Internet para trabalhar no quarto NUNCA faça essa escolha, café da manhã econômico: pão, presunto, queijo, banana com canela e café puro ou com leite. No final de semana tem ovos, calabresa e outra opção de fruta (melancia). A limpeza no primeiro quarto foi horrível, roupa de cama rasgada, ar condicionado não funcionou e estava sujo nos dois quartos, o segundo quarto a limpeza ROSE 💎deu seu melhor! Os meninos da recepção foram agradáveis! Móveis e foto do aplicativo velhas. Lojas de café, farmácia e sorvete ao lado da portaria, MCDONALD'S na frente, padaria e restaurante no final da esquina comida gostosa! VLT na porta e ônibus há uma quadra.

A minha experiencia foi realmente pessima, fui sozinha e me colocaram em um quarto que acredito ser uns dos piores que eles tinham, foi ate dificil de achar a porta ja que era a unica escondida por uma parede que separava esse quarto dos demais no corredor, tudo dentro pessimo televisao pequena e antiga alem de ter a imagem horrivel, so descobri no hotel que o wifi gratuito era somente no lobby do hotel, portanto eles nao deixam isso visivel e claro no anuncio, o banheiro era realmente horrivel nao tive coragem de tomar banho e tampouco usar as toalhas, as tomadas para recarregar o telefone estava pessima tambem, tive que reclamar na recepcao, pedi que me trocassem de quarto e o rapaz e uma mulher que estavam na recepcao nao tiveram boa vontade em me ajudar, diziam quos quartos eram todos iguais o que mais tarde vi que era mentira, acredito ate que esse quarto horrivel que me deram era o tipo de quarto que eles davam para hospedes com pet, pois a minha surpresa maior foi ao tentar dormir, fui picada por insetos que acredito ser carrapatos, e isso ja eram quase 3 da manha, tive que trocar de roupar e descer para falar com alguem na recepcao, e esse rapaz foi comigo ate o quarto e verificou que realmente tinham carrapatos passeando por debaixo dos lencois, eles aparecem quando vc se deita, e eu achando que os problemas eram so nao ter wifi acesssivel no quarto, tomadas que nao funcionam, area do banho que mais parece uma entrada de cativeiro, velho , azulejo, e tambem mosquitos
