For everything to go smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be enough time to release access to the property. In this situation, the guest may be unable to check in on the same day of arrival, and will need to wait until the following day for the process to be completed.



⚠️ The reception desk is not authorised to store guests' luggage; however, if you wish, you can leave your baggage here at our agency.

Outdated and dirty apartament

The apartment was dirty (old underwear in the laundry machine!) and outdated. It even did not have a trash bin. The ac worked only in the bedroom.

Realizei todos os compromissos sem contratempos. Tive tempo de encontrar alguns outros conhecidos que não estavam na agenda. Faltou uma pessoa para receber, não afetou muito pois sou natural do Rio então me virei bem, mas uma pessoa de outro estado poderia ficar surpreso positivamente com um contato pessoal.
