- Quarto com muita formiga, falta de limpeza, precisei pegar um objeto debaixo da cama e o chão estava completamente imundo. - Café da manhã com muito pouca opção, muita formiga na bancada dos alimentos, muito mosquito, café da manhã não tinha água e ao pedir para um funcionário ele disse que teria eu de comprar. - Falta de atenção e cuidado com os hóspedes. - Carro tem de ficar na rua por não ter nenhum espaço para deixar durante a noite. - Toalhas para banho pequenas e com manchas, parece que nem eram higienizadas e lavadas de forma adequada. - Não tinham toalhas para rosto. - fui pedir um tapete para banheiro e me entregaram um tapete manchado, molhado e com cheiro ruim dizendo que era o único disponível. - Papel higiênico parece que era regrado, pois tinha de pedir na recepção quando precisava. Não tinha reposição durante a “limpeza” do quarto. - Porta do quarto muito ruim para abrir e fechar, a fechadura não estava bem posicionada e era preciso forçar para abrir ou fechar pelo lado de fora, correndo risco da chave quebrar. - Não tinham roupa de cama extra, tive um episódio de mal estar. - Equipe do Hotel mais pareciam colegas de escola do que profissionais para cuidar de um hotel, toda hora só mexendo em celular e parecia que não havia um “adulto” responsável pelo local como um gerente.
