Cuidado - Leia com atenção antes de reservar

O pior Hotel que fiquei desde sempre pelas seguintes razões : 1. Check In - Fila interminável se nenhuma organização que demorou mais de 2 horas. Entretanto a carregar as malas e com filho pequeno. 2. Quarto sujo, sofás rasgadas...., camas velas, mau cheiro geral. Geladeira antiga sem nenhuma agua. 3. Room Service inexistente, ninguém atende na recepção. 4. Serviço de malas inexistente, tivemos que transportar as malas até a porta do quarto. O resort é grande. 5. Café da Manha, Almoço, Jantar - filas para entrar, varias vezes tive que aguardar mesa e talheres. 6. Comida ok para fraco, poucas opções 7. Piscina suja 8. Localização Boa. 9. Infraestrutura péssima, tudo velho a cair aos pedaços, desde os quartos, as portas, as placas, elevador não funciona.... 10. Não recomenda, pelo mesmo valor encontram se opções muito melhores... 11. Claramente decepcionado 12. Check Out - mais filas... desta vez 1 hora e meia 13. Vendedores de marketing a tentar vender cotas de empreendimentos durante a estadia.....

O hotel é muito bom, area de lazer otima, comida boa, porem precisam organizar melhor o check in e o check out! Levei mais de 1 hora aguaradando os dois! Cheguem antes pois se perde muito tempo fazendo check in e na saida a mesma coisa! Nunca vi um ckeck tao demorado!

Foi bom, o resort é bom. Mais pontos positivos do que negativos: por exemplo muita gente no café da manhã principalmente, com muito barulho. E o café faltava toda hora, e no sábado esperei 25 minutos pelo café. Na hora de sair no domingo, muita desorganização. Demorando muito para ser atendidos. Algumas pessoas eles buscavam no quarto junto com as bagagens e outros, como eu, disseram que não era possível, só trariam as bagagens.... Uma coisa que todos os dias fomos incomodados foi com aquelas palestras, que depois teriam brindes... Você diz que não têm interesse, mas eles insistem muito! São chatos.

Péssima experiência - Dinheiro no lixo.

Experiência ruim, quartos sujos, sem reparos, ar condicionado sem limpeza, porta toalhas quebrado, piscina de frente a ilha suja, controle da televisão ruim, torneira do banheiro ruim, frigobar sem copos, roupa de cama suja, quartos próximo a praia abertos podendo abrigar animais e terceiros assim como por em risco a nossa segurança, portas empenadas, baratas mortas na entrada do quarto, infiltração na parede, ralo do boxe dando retorno para o ralo ao lado do vaso sanitário, colaboradora da recepção de nome Maria muito mal educada sem nenhum tipo de empatia. Colaborador de nome ´´Gigante´´ muito educado e prestativo.

Lugar lindo!!!!

Sou extremamente exigente e até mesmo chata com hospedagem. O Búzios Beach resort me surpreendeu! Local: O local é lindo e instagramável. As piscinas são um espetáculo à parte e tem muitas opções de lazer. A praia de Tucuns é linda, mas o mar é bem agitado. Quarto: a cama não é confortável para casal, pois unem 2 camas de solteiro. O frigobar não é abastecido e os móveis são antigos. O ar funciona bem e o quarto estava limpo. Alimentação: participamos do jantar romântico no dia dos namorados. O Buffet foi maravilhoso e bem servido. O almoço no dia seguinte também estava muito bom. O café da manhã achei fraco para um resort. Poucas opções de frutas e o suco era industrializado. Atendimento: atendentes atenciosos e prestativos. Tive um problema com minha reserva que foi prontamente resolvido. 0bservo que estão investindo em melhorar o local e penso que daqui a médio prazo tudo estará perfeito. De zero a 10 dou nota 8!
