Ideal location

We stayed for 4 weeks in February -March and wanted a place to self cater as well as a selection of places to eat out. Rincón is a quiet very Spanish town with lots of great food shops and a wonderful beach. The apartment is very central with great views over the beach and down the coast. Patricia was helpful during the check in process and replaced a worn out pan. The listing says there is an oven, but there isn’t. The kitchen had most of what we needed apart from that. At some point, the apartment would benefit from a refit. In the meantime a few details would improve it, such as new sheets that still have elastic and a new shower curtail. That said, we were really comfortable there and would absolutely recommend the apartment and the area.

Lovely apartment with sea views

The property is close to all shops/bars/restaurants. . Amazing sea views. Brilliant location. Patricia is lovely and welcomed us for our weeks stay. Highly recommended.

Appartement is ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt direct aan het strand. Dit was ons 2e verblijf in dit appartement en ik heb meteen voor volgend jaar weer geboekt.

Heerlijk appartement

Direct aan de (autoloze) boulevard met fantastisch uitzicht over zee. Ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen. Goede slaapkamers met fijne matrassen. De badkamer is wel wat krap doordat er ook een bidet is. Zowel bij aankomst als bij vertrek waren er misverstanden bij de eigenaresse, maar niets dat niet op te lossen bleek. Wij komen hier graag terug!
