Below Average Stay

First, I want to say that the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we had a need. However, we had issues with the shower being dirty (mold in the grout and on the walls), marks on the walls, the bench in the room was dirty, and the room’s decorative pillows seemed dirty as well. The shower did not drain well so a lot of water ran into our room. We reported it and were hoping it would be fixed during our 3-night stay but it unfortunately was not. We also were told the washing machine was broken so we were unable to use it when that was an important part of our stay as we have another half of our trip to go. The parking spaces are very very small (as is most of Malaga) so just be prepared for that if you need to park a car. Overall, a less-than-average stay at best with it being a nice location and friendly staff; we just wish the room had been cleaner.

Pros: Spacious 1 bedroom apartment, many amenities, little kitchenette, very clean rooms and beddings, provides towels and umbrellas for the beach.Very helpful staff at front desk. Best Location in downtown Malaga. Staff kindly booked a taxi for me which arrived exactly on time and waited for me right outside the hotel door. Cons: Very weak wifi signal which kept flapping on 4th floor. Double Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Some of the provided white towels either smelled bad and had yellow spots. Front desk is closed before 8:00 am and after 11:30 pm. Laundry machine was not working.

Nice staff, a welcome bottle of wine is good for people who drink (I’d have preferred coffee for breakfast), take care if you simultaneously use water in kitchen and shower, small parking lots (as in many hotels and public parking in Spain; very difficult to park, at least on Saturdays, close to the beaches).

Clean and welcoming place to stay. Helpful staff. Airconditioning worked well. Place very close to the beach in heart of soho. Only peoblem was TV as it couldnt connect for some reason to the wifi and one evening there was no stuff at the reception and the entrance door was unlocked past 23:30 but it happened only one night of the stay. Apart from that absolutely recommend this place

The location was great and the room was nice BUT the A/C was not strong enough. If you’re traveling in the summer beware of limited A/C. We also had difficulties with the laundry facility-the error code came on so many times that washing one load took FOUR hours! If you expect to do some laundry there’s a nearby facility that is much more efficient.

This was a nice cozy little spot. I appreciated the apartment features, like the stove, microwave, and mini fridge. The hotel was 15-20 min walk from the beach and city shopping/ nightlife center. The bathroom was spacious, just wish the water from the shower didn't keep running out on the floor.

The room was fine and clean but I found it to be a bit expensive for what it delivered. Basic amenities such as tea/coffee sachets were missing. WiFi was also a bit unstable which made working a bit difficult. Although, there is an excellent co-working space not more than 100meters from the place. Staff was professional enough. Location is good. Walking distance to Mercado de Atarazanas and Centro. But overall a rather average experience!!

A really fabulous place to explore Málaga from, check in was very simple, the room was spotless and the kitchen area and balcony elevates this from typical hotel accommodation.

Great long term stay

Great apartment for long-term stay in Malaga. Very quiet area, close to historical points of interest and all local amenities. I really enjoyed having laundry facilities on-site, however be prepared to do laundry either late at night or very early in the morning as there is only one washing machine. The room I was assigned initially had a malfunctioning air con unit, making it very hot and stuffy. After the first night, they graciously offered me a different (and bigger) apartment. That was very much appreciated. I would stay here again if I am ever back in Malaga.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, had very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen area with everything we needed. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. In our apartment the bedrooms each had 2 single beds side by side which was ideal for us. The only minor fault was that the pillows in one of the bedrooms were not very comfortable and perhaps need renewed. However, we would definitely recommend these apartments.
