The room was in good condition. There was no staff to greet us. All was done through the phone. Free Breakfast was advertised but, other than coffee, there was no breakfast in the morning. There was a fridge with milk, juice, etc., but it was locked.

The room was clean. The only improvement I would recommend, is to replace lumpy pillows with larger size nicer pillows.

For having a virtual front desk, they were readily available. The place was clean. My partner and I were the only 2 people in the building. The owner came over and put coffee on and Continental breakfast out for us in the morning.

No way to get into room , saw one of the cleaning staff and helped us get in , not sure we could have got in with no response from the number to call . Room paid for should have not been this way .

Room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot. Could hear everything going on outside our room but to be expected where the room location was. Would stay again.

We were u surr of yhe olace as it looked like a gray box. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There isnt anyone on- site. Everything is done electronically. There is a common area for continental breakfast. My biggest problem was the main doors into the facility arent locked. My wife and i didnt feel safe sleeping without expected security. The town is quaint, but decaying with shuttered businesses. Meal options are poor. Sheetz, small pizza joints and a crappy restaurant called the Valley Tavern. We stayed in the area for hiking. We will bypass Ridgway and Elker for our next hiking trip.
