Perfectly clean room, excellent room rate, easy check-in experience, new fixtures in the bathroom, and a larger than usual mini-fridge. We would certainly stay here again! The manager allowed us to check-in a few hours early to freshen-up before attending a funeral, and then she waived the early check-in fee - CLASSY LADY!!

If you want a place where there's some space and just to sleep, then for the price they charge it's a nice place to stay. Other places were much more and we were visiting Cooperstown for my son's 12U. baseball tournament and we only used this place to sleep and get up and go to the game and repeat. It served its purpose. The staff were a family that resided at the property and they were respectful and friendly.
