I was a little apprehensive about staying at this motel but let me tell you, it’s one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Yes, it’s on the much older side but it was so clean, 5 mins from the softball fields and offered 8lb bags of ice on site. It was perfect for 2 nights in manti for softball. We also ate breakfast at Charlee’s which is in the parking lot and their food was great, also super clean and great service (we had to be at the fields before the breakfast started at the hotel). Breakfast was just prepackaged muffins, oatmeal packets, cereal and fruit but with a mini fridge, we added some yogurt and it was perfect.

The bed sheets almost stopped me from renting (so old and ugly) but other than BnB there are few options around Manti. The beds were hard and probably old. (everything's old) The electrical socket beside the sink tripped the the GFCI breaker with any attempt at use. Limited parking with dirty cracking asphalt. No elevator, so carry your stuff up the stairs. "Continental" breakfast is extremely limited with "unlimited shelf life" wrapped items which was unappealing. Deffinately go ABNB.

Friendly staff. We love this town and have always stayed at this hotel in the past. On this trip, however, we noticed signs of bedbugs but did not see any actual critters. Will probably stay here again but will check beds thoroughly and change rooms again if there are signs of animal hitchhikers.

Great stay! Extremely kind staff. We checked in late and they introduced us to their dogs when we mentioned we were missing ours. We checked in, slept and left. We'd definetly stay there again.

It's exactly what you'd expect from a roadside hotel in a tiny town. No frills but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the price was reasonable. I'll stay there again if I ever have to stop in Manti.

Very friendly staff. They accommodated our needs for a ground floor room. The on-site restaurant was very accommodating also they stayed open so we could eat as we got in a little late. Rooms for clean beds were all right happy with the stay.

Great service

It was a great place to stay for an overnight. Some of the restaurants listed in the brochure were closed permanently but we found a good place to eat. The most impressive was our door card stopped working and it was after 10 PM. I called the number at the office and they came right down and changed the batteries.
