Hotel is in of repairs, and updating. Pool area definitely had some issues, there was a towel and a hammer in the spa and also had exposed wires. Bugs floating on top of pool water but no sign saying it was closed or nothing mentioned about the pool being closed from the front desk. Bathrooms are in major need of updating. Breakfast was good, they make to order, however booth we sat in had a metal strap poking out and scratched our legs. Resort should definitely be dropped from the description of the hotel. Definitely over priced for the state the hotel is in.

New management

We’ve stayed here many times over the years. Now under new management. The tub took 15 to drain from my shower. The complimentary breakfast was in the diner next door and used to be terrific. This time service was slow, pancake tasted pre-made and was cold, bacon and decaf weren’t good. Doubt we’ll be back.

The Good: The front desk service was great and very personable. The breakfast included was made to order and good. The Not So Good: The pool was houses in what resembled a green house. There was no water in it and looked nothing like the photos. There was no statement that the pool was not available during the dates we were there. The rooms are heated with electric base board heaters, when we arrived a wooden table and two wooden chairs where placed against the heater, which is a fire hazard. When I closed the curtains there were small finger sized holes all through them. The mini fridge has spilled food inside it from a previous guest.

First time staying since different owners took over. It's not the inviting feel anymore. The previous owners took pride in all their hard work & it showed. Now the rooms have vinyl flooring, white walls, no decor and scratched up furniture. Pool/hot tub were not operating. Parking lot is dirty. Given free vouchers for breakfast at their restaurant. Waited to be seated, along with other guests. No waitress on duty, cook came out from back & glanced at us. We left along with others. So much for the complimentary breakfast. We have stayed here several times over the past 8 years, but no longer.

Do yourself a favor, don't stay here.

This place is a complete crap show. We have 3 rooms. My daughters room she was given at first was a room that didn't have maid service from someone staying there last. Her second room was better, but had dirty carpet. My son's room, was also booked by someone else. They noticed it was double booked and gave him another room. While he was there, another couple came in and reported the room they had checked into (the room they almost gave my son) was now occupied by someone else while they went out for a bit. Another person in the lobby can't back in to the front desk and reported someone was in his room too. Of our 3 rooms, one had a normal hotel fridge, the other two rooms had a dorm room size refrigerator that only holds a 6 pack. Our ac/heater was non existent. When⁹ we walked in there was this little brown box. It turns out that was the heater. See the picture. The beds were surprisingly decent, new and high. They were not lumpy or felt used. The beds in the other two rooms were thin, old and uncomfortable. The shower pressure was good, water barely warm and see the video for the faucet. They give you tickets to eat at the restaurant. We'll see how that goes, my hopes are not high. (Edited - we went to breakfast and our dairy was already there with their party of 3. They had waited 40 min for their food before we got there. I had to buss a table myself. We them found out that the one person working there was the waitress and the cook. On our way our,
