We had a wonderful stay at Azor Hotel. The room was lush and spacious, with excellent fittings and construction; it felt like a 5 star hotel. The bed was HUGE and very comfortable. As the hotel was only recently opened, some facilities (spa/wellness centre and cinema) were not yet open. All staff were extremely friendly and hospitable.
We had some issues with the air conditioning on the second day; when they could not be resolved quickly, the hotel manager made a personal visit and offered us to move to another room.
