We loved this hotel! Fresh and clean hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. Lovely restaurants just up the road and within easy walking distance to the touristy strip and the beach (there’s even golf cart service to the beach if you need help transporting their awesome foldable beach chairs). Would definitely go back!

This hotel has so many amenities from the complimentary breakfast to the daily wine&cheese hour to milk&cookies at night which both adults and kids LOVED to the close distance to the beach with the luxury of having a buggy to drive you one block without having to carry the beach chairs. Did I mention the warm salt water pool and sauna which you can enjoy after coming out from the pool. The rooms were spacious as we stayed at two different types of rooms, both of which have a sitting room. The staffs were friendly. We were so glad to have chosen The Avenue Inn. It’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. We would come back again next time!

This property was great for a girls weekend at the beach! Lew and his golf cart rides made the trip and we are already looking to book with them again next year!

Clean modern rooms. Complimentary breakfast and wine/cheese hour. Close to beach and dining. Spacious lobby. One of the better hotels in Rehoboth.
