Loved almost everything about this place. The staff is great, rooms are comfortable, and it is only a block or two from the beach. The breakfast is not great but there are several other options close by. This is absolutely my favorite place to stay!

This was our first stay at The Avenue and our first visit to Rehoboth, and we couldn’t be happier! My partner and I came for a low-key long weekend and loved the hotel’s convenient, central location and generous amenities for the price. It was a girl's weekend and first time stay. The hotel was centrally located and the staff was friendly and the parjing garage was a plus. The hotel is very cozy and the music on the outside patio drew a big crowd each night we were there. We're already talking about our next visit.

The pictures online didn't do it justice. It was beautifully decorated for Fall and Halloween. Nice restaurant on-site, a really nice gym, a lovely sitting room with a fire and outdoor seating with firepit out front. Breakfast left a little to be desired- the pre-made omelets were cold but, overall, lovely and comfortable.

What a wonderful stay at the Avenue Inn. Perfect getaway. Love the extras like wine and cheese, cookies and delicious breakfast! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub too.

After many stays, the hot breakfast continues to disappoint. If you are going to provide food put thought, pride and care into preparing it. Any way the eggs are cooked is always disappointing.... dry, tasteless, some kind of cheese substitute.... the kitchen can do better.
