In the quiet residential neighborhood of Country Club Estates, the home is situated just 4 short blocks to the beach, boardwalk and all the wonderful shops and restaurants of downtown Rehoboth. The beautifully sunlit interior of the home has room for the whole family, with a spacious sunken living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a huge dining room for family dinners, a private office if you need to get some work done while on vacation, and even a game room for the kids to hang out... with a sweet shuffleboard table! Have a rainy day? Everyone will love the 6 smart TV's to binge watch all of your favorite shows! No Pets and No Smoking Please. Sleeps 10.
Guests pay a $200.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.

Hot tub was the star of the show - as were the living rooms. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax. It was super quiet yet very, very close to the main drag (we joked that the house is 376 ft from Dogfish Head - but to walk - it’s only a little longer to stay on the sidewalks). Would stay again!

Relaxing family stay

Our third year here. The property meets our current family situatio very well. Spacious family room, and an entire lower level for the 3 grandkids and their parents. We've already put a tentative hold on 2024.

Amazing house in great location

We had a group of friends looking for a long weekend getaway to Rehoboth in the winter. This house checked all of the boxes that we were looking for and didn’t disappoint. It was in a great location, had plenty of room for our group of 9 and had a hot tub which we were hoping to use in the winter. We all loved the architecture of the house and how bright and open it felt. The location was is very close to great restaurants, bars and shops. We definitely hope to stay again when we are in town and highly recommend this house to anyone!

Great Rehoboth Stay

We stayed at this property during Labor Day. The property was very clean, modern (compared to some other places I’ve stayed in rehoboth) and the hot tub was wonderful. We had very few issues with the property and would definitely recommend that you stay here. The cons (minimal) are listed below. Cons: No pets allowed Grill was out of gas Dishwasher soap dispenses wouldn’t open so we had to hand wash dishes These complaints were minimal and did not negatively affect our stay. This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at in Rehoboth.

Relaxing in Rehoboth

We rented this property for a Spring getaway in Rehoboth. The property was accurately described in the listing, and we had an enjoyable few days relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet, but still convenient to the main street (there is a hidden shortcut...look for the welcome binder!). It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but not hard on flat roads and pavement. The check-in process was a bit much...there were phone calls to verify details that could have been handled in email, and we had to stop by the realty office to get the keys, which turned out to be a code that could've been delivered electronically. Otherwise, we had a great stay and enjoyed Rehoboth a lot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sleep for 10 people with some room to spare. Kitchen well equiped for preparing food. Small grill outside. Hot tub used by some. About a 15 min hike to less crowded beach off Rodney. Easy key pickup and drop off. Nice neighborhood. Walking distance to crowded Rehoboth Ave where stores, food, and weekly market opens. Suggest reservations well in advance to get into certain restaurants.

From the description I was unaware that 2 bedrooms were in a basement. House needed some attention to cleanliness. One shower curtain had mold, coffee grinds were left in coffee pot from last guest ans it too had mold. Having to pay $300 cleaning fee I expected it to be cleaner. Also no railings on steps inside the house, best for younger folks.
